Full Terms & Conditions supplied with Booking enquiries

 
1. PAYMENT
a. When making a booking less than 12 weeks prior to the departure date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
b. When making a booking more than 12 weeks prior to departure, a deposit of £75 per week is required.
c. The balance in full must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
In the event of payment not being received in full by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
d. There is an additional charge of £10.00 per person per linen set.
e. As this is a privately owned apartment, you will be provided with keys for the front door for which we will require an additional £25 deposit (UK mainland, £75/100 Euros elsewhere) — it will be refunded when the keys are returned to us. If the keys are lost or not returned for any reason, the deposit will be withheld and used towards changing the locks.

2. CANCELLATION
We require written advice of the cancellation of a booking, The deposit of £75 per week will be returned provided a minimum of 12 weeks notice is given in writing.

3. INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance.

4. DESCRIPTION
The description provided in our literature is prepared in good faith and believed to be accurate, but we cannot be held liable for the temporary or permanent withdrawal of any resort facility or service not advised to us prior to your departure.

5. BUILDING WORK
It is the case that some resort areas continue to expand and it can happen that construction work may begin in the vicinity without our knowledge. We will always do our best to inform you of the facts in advance, but if this is not possible please accept our apologies. The Community of Owners of Parque Albatros apartment complex sometimes have to schedule maintenance work in order to maintain high standards. Every effort is made to avoid inconvenience.

6. AIRPORT
Depending on weather conditions, aircraft generally come in south of the mountains between Playa de las Americas and Las Galletas and exit over El Medano (see map).

7. ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons numbered on the booking form. We reserve the right to terminate without compensation the tenancy of any client whose behaviour is causing damage to the property or environs.

8. PROBLEMS
If a problem should arise, it should be brought to the attention of the local contact whose telephone number you will be given and who will usually resolve any difficulty. Alternatively contact us direct.

9. DISPUTES
In the event of any disputes, our liability shall not exceed the charge for the holiday accommodation provided. Any litigation will be subject to English Law.
