The BEDROOM sleeps two in a double room. There are individual bedside cabinets, plenty of drawers and full width mirror-fronted built-in wardrobes with an abundance of coat hangers. Louvre shutters and a mosquito net allow you to maintain your privacy and leave the sliding windows open for air circulation. A hair dryer and hot brush are provided.

The KITCHEN has plenty of cupboard space and is equipped with electric kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric oven and four-ring hob with an extractor hood and is stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils sufficient for four persons. There is a neat egg boiler too.

The LIVING AREA has a dining table and chairs, a nest of occasional tables, a two-seater sofa and easy chairs. It is equipped with flat screen TV with Internet Protocol TV and DVD player/recorder (internal hard disc), music centre (CD, cassette, radio, aux), books (swaps library), CDs, DVDs, audio tapes and indoor games. There is also additional drawer space. Full width patio doors open onto the balcony. Free WiFi is available.

Both the bedroom and living room have CEILING FANS for comfort. There is also an electric heater, washing machine, iron and ironing board should you need them.

The BATHROOM is equipped with a large shower, wc, hand basin (with a large mirror) and shaver point and has plenty of space for toiletries etc.

The west facing PRIVATE BALCONY has a full size awning, outdoor furniture (consisting of two sun loungers, a table and four chairs and a parasole). It looks over open ground, Amarilla Golf fairways and the mountains and captures the afternoon sun until sunset.

Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels are provided.
