The BEDROOM sleeps two in a double room. There are individual bedside cabinets, plenty of drawers and full width mirror-fronted built-in wardrobes with an abundance of coat-hangers. Louver shutters with mosquito nets allow you to maintain your privacy and leave the sash windows open for air circulation.

The KITCHEN has plenty of cupboard space and is equipped with electric kettle, refrigerator, electric oven and four-ring hob with a hood and is stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils sufficient for four persons. There is a neat egg boiler too.

The LIVING AREA has a breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, a two-seater sofa (which folds out as an extra double bed) and armchairs. It is equipped with TV and video, music centre (CD, cassette, radio), books, tapes and indoor games. There is also additional wardrobe and drawer space. Full width patio doors open onto the balcony.

Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for comfort. There is also an elctric heater, iron and ironing board should you need it.

The BATHROOM is equipped with a bath with shower over, hand basin with large mirror and shaver point, bidet and WC and has plenty of space for toiletries etc.

The west facing PRIVATE BALCONY with outdoor furniture and gas barbeque, looks out over open ground, Amarilla Golf fairways and the mountains and captures the afternoon and evening sun.
Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels are provided.
